Care Plan Terms & Conditions

This page defines the terms and conditions of our working relationship and Care Plan. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties, the terms stated herein will apply from acceptance of payment for the WordPress Care Plan from Worthdesigning.

Description of Service

Our WordPress Care Plan service provides administrative support to clients by managing their WordPress installation’s plugin and theme updates, WordPress updates, backups, security & site monitoring, and overall site performance.

Services Information

  • WordPress core update as soon as a new version is released
  • WordPress Theme updates as soon as new versions are released
  • WordPress Plugin updates as soon as new versions are released
  • 24/7 Security Monitoring
  • Weekly Site Backups
  • 24/7 Uptime Monitoring

If and when any issues are found, they will be fixed for no charge. This does NOT include any problems arising from a client logging in to their website and causing the issues.

Payment Terms

  • Cost is $19.95 AUD per month or $199.50 AUD per year (excluding GST) which will be automatically deducted when due
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Upon cancellation of the service, any plugins installed shall remain on the client site. Ongoing CMS, theme & plugin updates and maintenance of same become the responsibility of the client.
  • It will also become the client’s responsibility to perform Security Monitoring, Site Backups & Uptime Monitoring. You agree that Worthdesigning will not be responsible or liable for any outcomes arising from the cessation of the Care Plan service.

Cancelling your Care Plan

You can cancel your plan at any time by logging in to your account and clicking Subscriptions, then the Cancel link

To update or cancel your agreement, log in to your PayPal account then click this link: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_manage-paylist.

Your agreement is in this list of your “My Pre-approved Payments”. Click on the agreement, then on the Cancel link.
